Returns
If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know, then provide us the required photos, and we'll send you a replacement immediately. 

If there is a return or exchange due to product quality problems, we will bear the shipping cost. You need to pay for the return shipping cost first. After we receive the item, we will return the shipping cost to your website payment account.

Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please state the specific and clear reasons. Please send us the product photo for verification and send the product back to the provided address from us. We'll refund your money.

If it is not due to product quality problems but due to personal reasons such as your order filling error, we will not bear the shipping cost, you need to pay the shipping cost yourself, and charge 20% of the transaction fee for this transaction.
